1. Upload your file
Start on the SwiftDrop homepage and choose the file you want to send. You can create a free transfer of up to 5 GB without first creating an account.
2. Create a sharing link
Once your upload is ready, SwiftDrop creates a link for your transfer. Copy the link and send it through the channel that works for you, such as email, chat, or a project message.
3. Your recipient downloads the file
Anyone with the transfer link can open it and download the files before the transfer expires. SwiftDrop links expire automatically after 3 days, keeping temporary transfers from lingering indefinitely.
