Prepare the right files
Before uploading, review filenames and remove drafts or files that are not meant for the recipient. Group related files into a single archive when that makes the delivery easier to understand.
Upload and copy the transfer link
Upload your files to SwiftDrop, then copy the link created for the transfer. Free transfers can be up to 5 GB and do not require an account.
Give the recipient context
Along with the link, explain what the files are, which version they should use, and any relevant deadline. SwiftDrop links expire after 3 days, so let recipients know when they should download the files.
